Transfer agents SHOULD NOT speak to anyone except company representatives and they should DEFINTELY not say anything that is not public information. As stated in my previous response, MISM is in the middle of some large deals. Information on share count is going to change dramatically so the information is not available until the deals close. They have made a 504 placement but the details of that have not been released and there is no way (in speaking with my attorney) to get that information. stay in touch and good luck with GLOW, leroyt
