Mirror mirror on the wall I see a con that's about to fall, should NGS get rich so quick when strictly presenting issues of ignorance.

Heirs did not register the mineral rights prior to taking any action against SUF/Randgold as per the requirements that are stated within SA Law, time frame for registration not to exceed two years.

Sorry Gull don't by your excuse that you or they were not aware of any such rights, if indeed that is a fact, which still remains in question.

How interesting that (29) heirs were swiftly recruited when informed of the grade and quality of stones within the M1 and did not proceed with any form of action prior to.
