As you know Thomas Raabe is the attorney for TVSI and has been for quite sometime, there is basically nothing wrong with going public through a shell but can you please, please explain what this large private company, PLANET SPORTS does. Where is it located, what is their current business, what revenues do they currently have, etc. Other than some hazy plan to be an acquirer of other companies, what indicates to you that they can produce the revenues you are talking about ? From all appearances the hoopla so far has simply been a means for insiders to lighten their load of the stock they gave themselves. Can you give specifics about the business ? |
