Both IFLY and PTVL would need to diversify beyond pure airline tickets. Again PTVL faces many of the same problems that IFLY does. Competition from airline sites and other non-airline sites like Microsoft's and IFLY's future site. And PTVL faces smiliar kinds of profitability issues. Can PTVL keep it's fixed and variable costs down enough to generate profits on it's internet transactions?
