If that's true, and I'm not doubting you since I'm relatively new to this stock, then I was given incorrect information by someone representing the company. I rechecked my notes and found that I actually had written down 50 warrants + 35 common, convertible after Oct 1 98'. Wish I'd also written down the name of the person I spoke with...usually I do... and I was surprised to see I hadn't. The phone conversation was last week, and I had no previous knowledge of the warrants being attached to the P's. Vinnie P.S. I think I'll call them again tomorrow.
