For what it's worth. Probably not much.

I worked for Cephalon for three years and bought my stock options that had vested. I've been waiting for Myotrophin to get approval for almost five
years and I'm still waiting. I would not put my hard earned money in the hands of Frank Baldino(CEO), Peter Grebow and all the other losers who
work for Cephalon. If this drug worked it would have been approved a long time ago. I wish I had your faith but it's been almost four years since any
good news has been reported on Cephalon and that was the results of the US clinical trials. DO you honestly believe four years of bad news is going
to result in approval. I wouldn't bet on Cephalon with your money. Get out before the announcement on Monday. I would sell by the end of the day
tomorrow and put your money in MEDI, SNUS, CLTR or IMNX.

He Might Be Right

I'm involved in the academic side of drug and biotech development in the Philly area. I know a lot of people in the local pharmaceutical and biotech
community. The word is that Myo will not be approved but will be given another extension. Supposedly, the data is questionable and does not
warrant approval as of yet. It is doubtful, however, that Myo will be rejected. I've been following this stock for some time now and have
contemplated placing an investment in this company. Now does not appear to be that time.
