I like the idea of getting some warrants in addition to the common when MIDLP converts.

Assuming that the exercise price of the warrants is 100-200% of the common price when the MIDLP converts would be a smart move on Arcons part. Not only would it encourage long term holding, it would also provide the company with additional cash (to use for it's expansion) when this is a $20 stock.

I wouldn't mind being given warrants excercisable at $1, but $5 or $10 would be more in line.
