Although there are questions about the CEO, it seems unlikely the co. is a fraud. The hub and spoke system they have is being run jointly with a major blue chip co. Some of the management personnel they've hired also have impressive credentials.

I didn't know that the CEO is leasing the capital equipment to the company. But that just poses more questions, which I will ask IR. Does the CEO have much stock in NHMCF? What basis was there for determining the size of the lease charges.

I'll report back what I learn.
