Paul,

I hope that the scenario you mentioned has been thought about by the
SEC! If not boy couldnt Charlie boy clean up! Sell his shares at a
tremendous profit, buy them back at next to nothing and return them
to the company, keeping all profit. I sure as HELL hope not.
