When I was a broker, we used to get invited to all kinds of road shows. A firm will cold call brokers in an area, invite them for lunch or something and tell them their story. Some meetings there were only 10 people there, some had over 100. Figure a broker can buy 50,000 shares easy in a deal. If you get a couple of brokers in each city involved, you can see the buying that can take place. I use 50,000 only as an example, some brokers really get into it and pick up a couple of hundred thousand shares. thats the point. By the way, the BMR issue is not known by a whole lot of folks. If they get the deal or not, the stock will not react that much. It's an issue that close followers of the stock know. A couple of brokers can take up the extra shares that come out if there is no BMR deal. The road show creates a wider distribution, and will hopefully take them to another level. We will see.
