But can you explain what has been going on the last few weeks? I know it is not much, but the price has moved up from a bid of less than 1 cent to 3 cents. Company still there, still answering the phones and claims to still be in business. So I have an angle. We know they were involved in a law suit with Digital. Digital is in the process of merging with Compaq. Maybe Compaq wants these little problems cleared up before the deal is done. If so, then we might have light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe, maybe not.

He is something I posted last year from AOL:

The company expects the litagation to be settled in their favor. The only problem is DEC is a big company and is in no hurry to settle. BIG company verses little company. DMEM says they are sure to win but DEC is hoping to wait it out for a lesser settlement which DMEM says they aren't settling for less and can wait them out no problem. When DEC comes to realize this than will come the settlement. DMEM is also suppose to announce a new product line in January. Call the company for details.
