HALF EMPTY OR SHATTERED?

MISSING PIECES: SOUTH PACIFIC - CONTEMPLATING ROLLBACK

It looks like South Pacific Resource Corp (SHF-C: $0.17) is destined to be a bottom-fish dud. Brian Edgar indicates that the company has wound down its Indonesian operations, a process that has reduced South Pacific's treasury to about $2.5 million. South Pacific is now a shell with nearly 20 million shares out that will likely be rolled back 3-4:1 before doing a reverse takeover of a new story. On this assumption I am reducing South Pacific to a sell. In this market most stocks head lower after a rollback.
