Of course, the other possibility is that the financing will not go through. Rather than selling an insider could buy more, drive the price up, then sell at a higher price as others jump in.

I sold back when it dropped to .04 so it doesn't matter to me; but for those who still have shares in this, I do hope the above scenario is wrong, and that the deal is in the works.
