I see. When something is unjust, and someone attempts to correct it, they are "whiners" in your book. When the government enforces the law of the land they are "solving all the problems" of "the whiners." Microsoft's tactics run contrary to a free and prosperous economy. It isn't fascism to stop those practices, it is an act in preservation of capitalism.
