IBS 2000 - 1st United States Assembly Plant Operational

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to announce that the first United
States assembly plant for the IBS 2000 Load Sharing Floorsystem, managed by
Bassett Building Corporation, is now ready to commence operations in
Sunbury, PA. The first shipment of IBS 2000 components milled at the
Langley, BC facility is currently in transit to Sunbury, PA.

SENCO, a recognized name in the manufacturing of quality air nailing
equipment, has supplied custom built nailing systems for assembling the IBS
2000 products. Mr. John Taylor, the inventor of the IBS 2000 Load Sharing
Floorsystem, recently inspected the Sunbury facility and was impressed with
both the equipment and the facility. The strategic location of the Sunbury
facility will improve Luxor's ability to service its expanding distribution
network through prompt deliveries of its IBS 2000 Structural Connectors.
