Jim, staff and management at APN must just love you as a shareholder. I don't mind either to give credit where credit is due. As mentioned earlier I have not done my homework when it comes to management personel. This thread is the first time I have inquired about APN to one of it's major shareholders and as such can not critize or compliment any of the actions to date. From a share price point of view it is the same now as it was with previous management. The Brockton plant has been processing Graphite for some time now, so sales are there. The difficult task will be to
a) increase revenue and create margins on that revenue.
b) Overcoming the difficulties of running a business which always drifts in the shadow of financial trouble. ( Customers and Investors )
c) Growing while maintaining a conservative stance on debt.

I am in the Printing business and too often I see the ruins of businesses that sell their product at or below cost just to meet lease payments on expensive capital equipment at times when the economy is roaring. APN under its previous owners has missed the opportunity to expand profitably. New management must not only be diligent in growing a successful graphite company but must also be mindfull of any pullback in economic strength.
With a great deal of effort and a lot of faith and luck this turnaround will be a successful one.
One mans opinion.
Respectfully

Gerald Haas
