Market was down today That's why reaction was muted. Picked up some QWST today indirectly. Told my broker I wanted to buy some but he convinced me that a better path to QWST ownership right now was to buy LCI which is being acquired by QWST. The terms of the acquisition are such that LCI holders are protected against any QWST downside but still participate in any upside between now and the date the deal closes (expected within the next 8 weeks). Something to look into if you're considering QWST.
