Nathan, I think your very brief calculations have merit. My understanding of the press release is that the reserve calculated to date is only a fraction of the property as the intertidal zone and the marine zone are not yet sampled. In addition, the overburden prohibited testing the gravels underneath the overburden on much of the property. Doing my own homework by consulting a geologist familiar with beach alluvials, I discovered that it is not difficult to remove this overburden. I believe that CK intends to do this and that there will probably be more reserves to come in the near future. I am very impressed that this infant company (8 months old) has taken an exploration property and will probably have it in production before its first birthday. If my gut feel is right from talking to management, then I think that there will probably be more acquisitions in the near future.
