To anyone who uses DirectDownload with Waterhouse:

After downloading all the info from Waterhouse and Compare to Register (done by Quicken) I find that my Portfolio in Quicken is all screwed up. The main problem is that I sell covered calls and Quicken deducts this amount. I was thinking about manually changing the negative amount into a positive amount, yet the cash is already accounted for in my Money Market account. Anybody have experience with this? Thanks.
