Roger: There was a 10SBK filed on 5May98. If you go to yahoo finance-left column has SEC filings and bring up 8:07 AM. It gives a few numbers and some insight into what will happen in near future. The judge heard Jim and Allen Shines proposal and will render a decision in about two weeks.
