Why do you think it spells trouble unless you believe that people with that kind of money to invest are idiots. Look at it the other way - people that invest big bucks in a company are usually pretty savy and are certainly privy to information not shared with you or I. I personally think its a pretty positive sign that they can attract that kind of investment. ICOM is still a development stage company and financing to fund R&D and production is critical. I'd be more worried if these funds weren't available to them
