TSIG reports have contained warnings in the past about the need to raise cash. This is good sound disclosure policy. This is a speculative play and the auditors should let that be known without equivocation. It would seem that money will be easier to raise now that they have CCI and certainly with the stock price higher. I'm looking forward to the days to come.
