Several other warrants have been granted in the past during private offerings if I recall correctly, but the number of those is small compared to the number of Class B warrants.

However, I thought that the Class B warrants could be exercised anytime before the expiration date? If this is correct, folks would want to exercise them when they think ORTC has peaked for the year. Once they get exercised, the extra shares (if sold) would put downward pressure on the stock price.

Did you check the S3 yet? A number of institutions will be selling a good part of their holdings.
