Lower than expected revenues of (a paltry) $4mm are bad enough; they could somehow be explained (deals closed right after the end of the quarter, etc.).
What I find the most disturbing (to put it kindly) is the statement about lowering head count by 23%, from 239 to 185. This does not say much for the near future.

Maybe the rumors of CA "saving" SYSF by buying them have some merit.
(that could also explain why they are cutting employees) Although, given current conditions, I can't imagine CA paying much. The longer term SYSF shareholders would certainly get the short end of the stick.
