Hard to say how they're routed, BUT should be pretty good for you since I think they're based in Montreal.

As far as the service they provide that's a different question. My limited experience has me frustrated because I can't tell when the stats provided are correct or as they were today, incomplete or incorrect.

I lost the day and two chances on a stock I've been watching. If you can afford it, I'd advise going for the more expensive providers. Doesn't do much good to pay for something you can't trust.
