Hi Soxan,
The law firm that EPEA had hired in Washington was the law firm of
Hatke & Hartke, headed by Mr.Wayne Hartke. After talking with EPEA,
I did not get any names on the new personal they have on this "Start"
matter in Washington, and this is "only" my feeling that they have either added a more knowledgeable legal firm in ironing out the treaty problems that have held up "Start",for why I say that is because they indicated today that it has taken already longer than
they thought it should have, it is where it will take good legal
minds that understand well the inside working of the treaty [agreement], for with limited resources [budget], the first hired legal team "may" not have the needed knowhow to deal in these treaty matters, and of real help would as you mentioned,a senator or
someone that knows how to open the right doors.
Efrain, Soxan is correct about buying EPEA the lows,of which it has
been mostly in the range of bidding at .025 and ask of .028-.03 lately. Like today it was up .oo4 on low volume, while tomorrow if
a person has had it in waiting and sells at market,it will end out the day down .004-.005. Anyone wanting to obtain any kind of position can
put a bid of even .022,which they could get some shares if someone
dumps a million + shares onto the market at once, but check the last month and you will see the volume has really dried up when you compare it to the average volume. Also I follow each days trading very closely
and I see trades at times of 1-2000 shares, which if the person is using a discount broker and I hope they are,2000 shares x .025 comes
to only $50.,and their commission to even a discount broker is 10-20 dollars,of which paying too large a percentage for commissions. The important thing here is how much you feel the risk warrants getting
into EPEA, and what you feel for risk you are comfortable with is
what counts for not only you,but any investor, for EPEA is still a
high risk stock ,for if not it would not be at such a low price as it is,but on the other hand,"if" it comes through,a person could make
25-50 times increase on investment or more.
