Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB: RMGG) received official Trademark Registration Certification in China for the name Rocky Mountain Ginseng. The trademark is valid for a period of 10 years and the company will use the trademark on all its value added ginseng products sold in China. The Chinese, who purchase over 95% of the ginseng grown in Canada, associate the Rocky Mountains with Canada and the source of high quality products.

The Company is pleased to announce an agreement between RMGG and E.A.B. Industries, Inc. of New Jersey regarding the national distribution of RMGG's value added ginseng products in the U.S.A. E.A.B. Industries, Inc. has identified companies that are interested in marketing RMGG's products and will use its expertise to evaluate and select potential U.S. marketing partners for RMGG in the U.S.A.

The Company is pleased to announce that Biofarm S.A. has requested RMGG to supply its Romanian company with raw materials from China for production of their pharmaceutical products in Europe. Biofarm presently purchases over $5 million of raw material annually. The initial contract with RMGG is expected to be for the supply of a minimum of $1 million worth of raw materials annually.

On Tuesday, May 5, 1998, the Company's CEO, Mr. Robert Bell, gave an interview on CNBC in New York discussing RMGG's present business plan and an update on the Company's acquisition of the Chinese pharmaceutical company in China.
