The purchase of 1st. Data is extremely significant. ANCO is purchasing co at aprox 3x cash flow considering aprox 15mm savings from overlapping and duplications in this bus. Also, margins can increase as 1st. Data created price pressures for Anco. Put a 5x cash flow multiplier and increased margins and what stk price do you get. Stk is moving from distressed players to long term holders Imperial Capitalist Bobcat! P.s. who are you posting?
