You are missing the point of trading. A brokerage firm should allow you access to get a trade in whenever you want, routing your trade quickly. Just because EGRP was incompetent, and the market moved in your favor, is no reason to stay with them. What if it went the other way? By the way, if the two examples you cited are indicative of your trading acumen in general, you should probably either buy mutual funds, or buy no brainer stocks(INTC,MSFT,CSCO,CA,PSFT,ORCL,etc.) and just hold them for 5 years. You will be much happier.
