Neil? Hiram? Dan? anybody? Would any greedy, self respecting, capitalist not want to put him/her self in a position to take advantage of such a situation. What are you going to do, leave the car in the garage so's not to piss your neighbors off. Not in this society, not in this age not in this world. Has anything changed? Yes. RMTR beat analysts expectations and the Venerable Night Owl swooped in on it like it was a mouse in the meadow. Easy pickins', eh Night? regards and relax
