Mike, I definitely agree of the email lists... it would be bad for
people not in our group to see what we are doing in detail... If someone has a web page which has user based access and can allow us
a secure discussion board it would also be a good way to handle
sensitive data.

Some other things I've been thinking about... you know, Dr. Ray maybe
we *should* try and wake up some morning owning a tin mine in
Bolivia! I was looking over the investor packet stuff again and I
know that if everything said there is true, AND if we had competent
management that was committed to this company it could easily see
$6 - $10 / share.

If you are all like me, then you plan to sell when you have a nice
profit, but what would happen if we decided to make something of this
company? With what we own now would it be possible to seriously
control the company? If we purchased more could we control it?

I am very concerned that this company is always paying for things
with stock. If you look through the 10-K they never pay money for
anything. Earlier this year the board authorized an increase in
the number of shares from the current 60,000,000 to 200,000,000.
I think we should stop that if we can unless usage of those shares
is truly in our best interest!!

At any rate, I was amazed to discover that I personally owned .27%
of this company (assuming they don't dilute the pool any more).
Imagine what we could make this company if we are willing to commit
to it! Do the math and see what you could retire with if you don't
sell out when it reaches .30! And it sounds like it would only take
a few years to get it there!

Any thoughts?? Is this even feasible?

Thanks to all for your hard work!!

-John
