I don't know a lot about the company but I would agree that they should probably focus more on marketing their product. This stock has intrigued me but I'm just going to watch it. I'm very bad at picking microcap stocks - I just don't have the patience for it. For microcap exposure, I use mutual funds. (I own some shares in VanWagoner Microcap which as of late has not done well lately.) Good luck!!!
