Well sometimes they are and sometimes they're not. It's always a case by case basis. I've always had excellent luck buying down and out stocks that have good underlying technology. I didn't buy WSTL simply because they were cheap. That was just one of the reasons. I'm convinced ADSL is a winning technology. That alone is half the battle in a way. There's going to be more than one winner here among the pure/er players (WSTL, PAIR, ORCTF, AWRE) I feel. WSTL I feel has the best risk/reward ratio of the group.
