I agree Richard, but in the short term, if it drops below its lower band it may be a good time to enter that market again. If you notice that each time it falls below the lower band it reverses. One of the characteristics of reading bollinger bands is that particular point. Once below the band, if it drops lower in the inside the band later, it is a buy. A summary: inside to outside. Then a new low once on the inside. Sounds a little confusing doesn't it.
