Call the company. My only explanation to the huge volume, this new financing may be heavily stock written, which is fine by me. I'd hate for them to get financing and not have the money to pay for upcoming debt. I'm only relaying what was told to me. I don't have the number in front of me, but it is toll free. Call them I'm in @ .115 and a lot deeper than I want to be. I never, never sell at a loss with a company I believe has great prospects and that is how I feel about FASC. Do your DD before you drop a penny on a penny.
