As for Rosen, he has not backed up any of his claims. His claims thus far have not panned out. But, as his recent post pointed out, the ct. decision does not have to be "all or none". I also do not believe it will be all or none. I also agree that the claims ultimately upheld will be very valuable, indeed. I have maintained this opinion even prior to "day 1" of this thread. Mel
