The worst case (although unlikely IMO) decision is a finding of invalidity. Then the current revenue stream would disappear. I agree with Mel (and rosen) the judge's decision does not have to be all good or all bad. The stock is an all or none however. I think it will be worth much more, or almost nothing by the time the suit is over. A narrow interpretation that has a few infringers is still worth quite a bit. GRC
