I think the company is attempting to progress as if this didn't happen. Apparently they are still making the payroll, or there wouldn't be anybody there. BTW they appear to be occupying half of the first floor in the building they are in - a prime piece of real estate. Could someone who saw them at their old offices comment on the size of that space?

I didn't say this before because I didn't know how to phrase it. I'm still not sure, but here goes: I got the distinct impression that the folks at SOE were genuinely insulted when I paraded into their offices at 5pm last Thursday and demanded proof of their legitimacy. (actually I asked for a tour, but I used the term legit in the request). It made me feel bad, as if the last thing they needed at this point, after being raped by Huttoe, was for investor to come in the door and question the integrity of the people still pining away. I'm not sure what this all means, and I tend to think they, SOE employees, have the best of intentions and commitment at this point, but I'm no longer convinced (understatement) that this is enough.

Hard to express the concern I could see in the faces of those I spoke with, but I do believe it was genuine and heartfelt.
