Jobs Data: 08:32 ET: Results of April's employment data with market expectations in parentheses: Nonfarm payrolls 262 (250K); Unemployment rate 4.3% (4.6%); Hourly earnings 0.3% (0.3%); and Average workweek 34.4 (34.7)... Initial reaction mixed... 30-yr bond -7/32 at 5.97% .... S&P futures +3.70. Wow, I've never seen the unemployment as low as 4.3%. Is this due to the seasonality of construction industry employment?
