i disagree. the stock is low because no one wants it, and mutuals have pounded the **** out of it. Instead of taking the legal route with the kaz gov't a year ago, they pissed around and now in my opinion are little closer to a deal than a year ago. now if they file a suit it will take another year. In the mean time they are shopping the street looking for more cash, possibly an equity issue. i have been supportive of this company but this stinks of poor fiscal planning and bad management. if dundee wasn't involved i would have left the scene months ago.
