Does anyone know what's responsible for the discount between Phoenix and Award share price? You'd think AWRD's price would be pretty near exactly 1.225 more than PTEC's but it isn't. Is this an opportunity for a little arbitrage for the little guy, or (as I strongly suspect) is this a case of the market knowing something I don't?
