Frank, Just trying not to get thrown out of school, you know. Funny thing, they expect doctors to know stuff. Sucks...takes time away from the really fun stuff, like following stocks and exerting a little shareholder control. It's great you guys are doing this. You might also want to check out some of the postings on the NPEC thread. We've been taking a somewhat similar (ie, active) position over there. Dan Hobson has made some excellent posts regarding the merits of registering the old shares. Not hyping NPEC at all, just suggesting some related reading... Best of luck- Geoff
