<<. . . and possible acretive affects due to acquistions.>>

Frank, I believe your postulations will be fulfilled. Someone on the Q&A essentially said the same thing- that the consensus estimates are too low and that they should be risen as the acquisitions are completed. I'm not sure if you remember that, or not, but it does seem to back up what you're saying. That is also what I believe.

Of course, in the meantime, we have to suffer as the stock might flounder until the audit is completed. It must be as obvious to the fund managers as it is to us, that this is a great deal. The only thing that might be stopping them from buying is shock from what has already happened (they'll get over it in time) and cautiousness brought on by that past shock. However, if nothing more shows up, I believe confidence will quickly spike up.

I am confused by one thing, however. Has anyone noticed the stock price of ABI? It is about $ 61 per share, in spite of the fact that CD has offered $ 67 per share. I'm wondering if many don't believe the ABI deal will be consummated.

I'd appreciate some input on that subject.

Thanks ! And may CD prosper !

CD: $ 23.37b $ 23.50a
