Here's the real skinny. tci licensed personal java, which is some type of development environment. why does the average joe need this? it is redundant because it is on top of ce. Also, tci DID NOT license the JavaOS. They do however, have an OPTIION to license JavaOS. Doesn't everyone? I bet I could get an OPTION to license JavoOS.

there was no mention of per unit fees in the press release.
