From what I hve found out Rocky Mountain Gingseng is going into this
with a company called Biofarm They will have guaranteed revenue of 1.5
million for the first year and Biofarm will also help them get
established for the first year Float is 8 million Shares outstanding 20
million Financials due out any time New company has positive cash flow
