So this seems like a win win for NINE shareholders. NINE has another chance to return to profitability with their silverhammer rollout and if they don't make it, SGI will swoop down and buy the company at the end of the year to get the rest of the technology they didn't receive with the original loan agreement. Also, now with the financing, now they can go after (or have gotten) some OEMs. IMHO. Any other opinions out there?
