That makes sense to me. Also, Mel (and others) have been saying that for as long as I've been on this board. Look at what happened when rosen posted that the judge was about to make a decision. It ran up to 1 1/2.

Of course the latest rosen post says that the judge is in the process of writing a decision. Then there will not be a hearing, and the "date" will coincide with the decision being issued. In that case the price will react to her decision (IMO).

Personally, I believe a date will be set, arguments heard, and then she'll issue a decision (months later). My guess is a run up on news of the date, then a pull back, with greater movement (up hopefully) on the decision.
