the cigarette tax is hypocritical but so would not breaking up Microsoft. Microsoft is fast becoming the most hated company in America, maybe the Tobacco example isnt so bad. Bill and Ballmer have only themselves to blame with their bullying tactics and attempts to subvert public opinion and DA's. They also underestimated how empty their cynical cries of innovation and freedom sound in light of their history and products.
