I wish you well on your jaunt to Florida. I feel there may be some news before you even depart, but, I will E-mail you some pertinent inquiries to be made of Mr. Morgan.
Those who have made the commentary that OVIS is no more than a "shell" are a tad decieved. Mr. Morgan has an agenda for RMIL and his tenacity will get him what he wants. RMIL , like myself, is in "good condition", we are both currently hospitalized ( I had my gallbladder removed), but will go on like nothing happened.
In the meantime, RMCW has not been static. RMCW will demonstrate, irrevocably, why shareholders must see to it that the BOD meet and reorganize upon finalization of the merger. Once the merger is finalized, and that will be shortly, OVIS, as it were, must be liberated from RMCW.
