I 'll look into it, but at first blush I agree with ricky and Trader Dave. PMCS's dominance is obviously at the OC-3 and OC-12 phy layers and would compete possibly with Intel only at the FE level - PMCS's 3350 to 3390 devices. To my knowledge, this is a relatively small part of PMCS's revenue base. Rememnber also all of PMCS revenue currently comes from design wins 2-3 years ago. So even if there were a small effect from Intel, it would not show up for awhile. That said, I am not worried about PMCS prospects in the least. Bulldozer
